Supply of quality disinfectants
Introduction
To increase productivity through successful harvest of cocoon crop, the silkworm rearing sheds and appliances have to be disinfected thoroughly before and after every crop as per the prescribed procedure by the Research institutes of CSB. For disinfecting one rearing shed along with appliances an amount of Rs.5,000/- per year for 3-5 crops the scheme is being implemented with 75% assistance (General) as per CSB norms for small and marginal farmers and 90% assistance for SC & ST farmers.
